Girls with Balls is a new athletic club empowering young women to get active, build friendships, and raise awareness about domestic violence (DV). Through fun, no-experience-required meetups featuring games like pickleball and tennis, they’re creating a supportive space that strengthens both body and mind. Studies show that active women are less likely to experience DV, so their mission is to foster community, resilience, and support for DV survivors.
