We have a new pop-up that we’re super excited about: Inaayat Nola! We first had their menu at Pal’s and were blown away by the Indian-Creole flavors.

Inaayat NOLA, founded by chefs Kanwarpal Singh and Elise Ryon, blends Indian and Southern cuisines into a unique culinary experience. Singh, originally from Punjab, India, brings a rich background from top New Orleans restaurants, while Ryon, a New Orleans native, adds her expertise from local culinary landmarks. They met at Donald Link’s restaurants and decided to create a pop-up named after the Urdu word for blessing. Their innovative dishes, such as the “jamb-iryani” and maque choux paratha, exemplify their fusion approach. Follow them on Instagram for their latest locations!
